Nursing Course: Diploma in Nursing

The diploma in nursing programme is a 3-year full time programme. It prepares students for the nursing board examinations in order to be qualified as Registered Nurses. The focus of this training programme is caring for the sick. Throughout the programme, students are made to understand the rationale of care that is given to patients, so that students will be able to react better in "new" situations. The minimum qualification for a diploma programme is SPM with at least 5 credits, including a credit in a Science subject.
